Just an addition taken from my boy Elder Biegels weekly, this impressed me so much! It's a saying by Elder Holland followed by some of Elder Biegels words.

My beloved brothers and sisters, I am not certain just what our experience will be on Judgment Day, but I will be very surprised if at some point in that conversation, God does not ask us exactly what Christ asked Peter: “Did you love me?” I think He will want to know if in our very mortal, very inadequate, and sometimes childish grasp of things, did we at least understand one commandment, the first and greatest commandment of them all—“Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind.” And if at such a moment we can stammer out, “Yea, Lord, thou knowest that I love thee,” then He may remind us that the crowning characteristic of love is always loyalty."

We show God our love by loyally obeying his commandments. So, how can you excise your faith and show God, The Eternal Father, that you love Him? The gospel of His Son, Jesus Christ, is the only way to true happiness in this life. And by living it families can be together forever!

Well this week was super cool. Went by fast but man it's a stretch to remember everything.

Last Monday we went and got some haircuts... let's just say the lady really didn't understand us, or just didn't care lol. Then we went for a hike which was super cool and then had interviews with President Anderson which was killer. Tuesday was awesome we had an activity with the branch and we went to a little town up in the mountains called Algodonales. They were having a holiday about labor day/independence/holiday just for holiday sake haha. But it was super cool, they reecnacted a battle between the French troops and the Spaniards and gave out free cake in the rain so it was a success! Wednesday was great, after district meeting we went to that Dominos buffet and between us four and our buddy Fernando we ate €200 worth of pizza haha. Then we started companion  exchanges after and had a good time working with them. Thursday we worked La Linea which was good. Friday night we had an awesome Branch FHE after English classes that a bunch of people came to, and our buddy Ariel for pictionary just drew stuff on the board and wouldn't tell anyone what it was haha. he's the other Elders investigator but getting baptized next Sunday! Then Saturday we played some soccer, also had some awesome member involvement and one of our members Gualberto played for a professional team back in Bolivia. he's like five and half feet and like two-fitty but that dude can still ball! Then we just contacted. Sunday was fast Sunday but was also mothers day here in Spain. So we had a special testimony meeting and then to break the fast we all ate afterwards which was fantastic!

As for people, Maria is still progressing well she's like halfway through the Book of Mormon for the second time. This week we dropped a bunch of people but are starting to work with some part members families and of course out contacting a bit. But things are are the come up, working towards that one day "Algeciras Stake" haha.

One thing I read this week was really about being humble, but I would also remind you that being humble never makes you week, humility is not weakness nor begging, nor incapability.  It's the perspective to always try to improve and not lifting yourself above others. It's realizing that there is no such thing as luck, only blessings.
Elder Neal A. Maxwell cautioned us to recognize Heavenly Father’s power instead of our own: “Before enjoying the harvests of righteous efforts, let us therefore first acknowledge God’s hand. Otherwise, the rationalizations appear, and they include, ‘My power and the might of mine hand hath gotten me this wealth’ (Deuteronomy 8:17).

Let us be humble and loving, helpful and thankful. That will bring us more Hapiness than any other thing.

I hope everyone has a good week. Read your scriptures, count your blessings, stay humble, say your prayers, don't forget to be thankful.
