Wassup everybody, this week was absolutely nuts and seemed like forever but it was great.
Last Monday after the disappointing trip the the Jesus statue and almost missing my bus to Malaga I got into Malaga pretty late. Went and crashed at the apartment of Elder Casey which is always a good time, he a straight homie. Next morning went to the mission office and got some good counsel and training on how to train haha. Then we skipped on over to the mission home to meet the new missionaries, but the thing is I didn't have one there because he was waiting in Algeciras, so I just hung out with the office Elders because I didn't have a comp which was pretty weird. (I didn't really have a comp for like three days haha) then we chowed on some spaghetti and celebrated President Anderson's birthday. Slept that night up in the mission home, it's so nice, I heard from a little birdie it's worth a fat roll, some where in the millions. It was gifted by a member to the mish. But then the next day went and hung out in the mission office for a sec and got to see all the missionaries headed home and file some paper work so I'm practically an office elder now lol. Then I had a one way trip to Algeciras all by myself which was super weird. Being by yourself as a missionary is one of the wackest feelings haha, but I didn't commit any forntifications so were all good.
Algeciras, it's awesome. This entire area and the journey down here was gorgeous, way greener which is a pretty stark contrast from Murcia. On the bus ride I was passing five star resorts and stuff and there were golf courses everywhere, it's super pretty. Algeciras itself is a decent sized port city, rumored to be a pretty large cocaine port, it's awesome. Is completely different than Murcia which was flat, Algeciras is filled with hills haha but no worries.
The new comp Elder Chapple is from Idaho and is a good guy, he has a good work ethic and wants to be obedient so were going to have a great time. It's always a little interesting adjusting to a new comp buts always a time for growth. The new piso is decent too, not as big as the last but Im definitely not complaining. Reason pictured below haha.
The members here are kind of all over, I had to give my first talk on Sunday and we had a total of 3 members show up including the presiding authority, our 2nd counselor. It was it was interesting to say the least. The members here are good though, I've met a lot of them already. There is just a lot of work to be done.
Sunday I was assigned to give a talk on "Overcoming the World", a talk by Elder Andersen in the Saturday morning session of April General Conference of last year. Go read it! It's important to remember who we are and why we are here. Never become complacent or satisfied, but remember that change takes time. We always need to be learning and improving in every aspect of our lives.
I love all of you, and your in my prayers! Remember to say your prayers, be thankful, stay humble, and NEW CHALLENGE try to have charity! If you don't know what charity is, do some studying.
Have a good week!

So in Murcia I slept on a little pad, it wasn't even really a bed but it's all good sacrifice brings blessings and now I'm sleeping on my new little-bigger-than-a-queen- size bed haha but its sooo nice.
Welcome to Paradise
We went and hiked the rock of Gibraltar today and we found some monkeys, there not apes, and some really big guns haha.
