Bautismo Week #10

Well I don't even know where to start. This week was super awesome. We baptized our investigator Cristina. And ya boi here got the opportunity to do it (pictures disclosed below), and being the large human being I am I had to get pretty far in the water myself to get her in the water. But it was super awesome and the spirit was super strong throughout the entire meeting. We also went out to a little pueblo outside of Murcia that is in our area called cabezo de torres. We planted all three Books of Mormon we had (because very rarely do we plant a book) and talked with a guy that has a Christian background who was super interested but he was just a little high haha haha. We talked with some younger kids too who were super interested. We also have an awesome investigator John who has now completed every commitment we have extended so he's been to church and came to General conference which was at the church he's also reading and praying so possible baptism next month. So grateful because there are missionaries here in Spain who haven't got a baptism yet. Always be grateful. Also this past week an important date passed, on the 28 of September 19 years ago a person was born into this world that has become a brother to me and has changed my life in a huge way. So everybody wish my homie, team mate, and brother from another mother BUC happy birthday. Also another shout out to a homie, kaden. The person that i started my glorious habit of spending all my money on supplements and smashing big heavy things together haha. This week my companion and I decided to start hitting exercise time super hard because he wants to get big. These photos are for you Kaden. Hahaha also sorry mom I made a small purchase at our local supplement shop. I hope all of you are have a great week, and got to listen or watch General conference. Remember God is real and loves us! What's up what's up its your favorite door to door salesman out  here doing the Lords work! (If you never saw the Snapchat series I'm sorry you missed out) This week was killer, we straight grinded. We've started a lot of new things lately and there are about to be some changes, were just laying that solid foundation right now. This week we taught a little, our investigator Jenny is practically a member we're just waiting till the week after General Conference to have the baptism. Our boy Juan is doing good, after his contact with missionaries in 92 he hasn't had much more but little by little were watching the spirit change his heart and pique his interest. If Anyone knows of some guy with the last name of Sampson thats from Alpine and is in his 40s, give him my numb.... uh email. Haha it would be cool to reconnect him and Juan after 25 years. January 28, 2019 Week #79 Spain Madrid Mission "Who's yo daddyyyy/ Welcome to my fortress / Baptism "

Good Morning U.S.A.!!  Well what can I say, last week was Christmas and we had a good call with the fam. Now were looking down the barrel of 2019.  It's been a couple great weeks here in Badajoz, there is a ton of potential and we have a couple of friends that are progressing well and will soon have baptismal dates. The branch is great, I've eaten lunch in our flat a total of 4 times since I've gotten here haha. And apart from that they are all incredible when it comes to the work, and we had a really inspiring class from President Vallecio on the changes in the church and how it's going to help the members and the missionary work!  If you can't tell I am excited on a whole other level to get the work going!  This past week we spent Christmas in Cáceres with the other Elders and a matrimony the Hubbs. The Week of the Elect Week #9

This week was absolutely nuts! So some back story, every since I've gotten here in the mission I've told my companion that we need to find the Lord's "elect"  D&C 33:6 And even so will I gather mine elect from the four quarters of the earth, even as many as will believe in me, and hearken unto my voice.  D&C 29:7 And ye are called to bring to pass the gathering of mine elect; for mine elect hear my voice and harden not their hearts; Because me being fresh out of the mtc I was gung-ho on taking care of business. My companion gets hung up on every single person, so I constantly reminded that we need to find those that are ready to except the gospel. This week our hard works came to fruition.
