WEEK #5

Ra Ra Ra its game day baby! Good luck to my brothers who are balling out today. I wish i was taking the field with them this afternoon, but for the coming months im playing on the lords other field, the missionary field. Almost done here at the MTC! Week five has flown by which was nice. Not a whole lot to report on just because its the same stuff that youve all heard before. I'm up in the top of our new buildings and someone is picking up ksl radio so we are staying updated. 

Sunday was good as always me and Randall snagged some pictures at the temple walk. And that night I got some with kelton and zac.  I got a bit of revelation Sunday, and it was I just really need to focus on others and keep doctrines simple.Monday was good we spoke spanish the entire day so it helped us know what we needed to improve on. Tuesday was low-key, we had service but elder Randall was sick so I just studied all day while he slept. Wednesday not a lot happened, Everyone from South county is coming to the mtc now which is cool but crazy. Thursday me and Randall tried getting our zone out to proselyte but it didn't work. Yesterday we got our travel plans so that's super exciting. Can't wait to go teach! Today has been good temple was awesome and now we're just relaxing ;)

What's up what's up its your favorite door to door salesman out  here doing the Lords work! (If you never saw the Snapchat series I'm sorry you missed out) This week was killer, we straight grinded. We've started a lot of new things lately and there are about to be some changes, were just laying that solid foundation right now. This week we taught a little, our investigator Jenny is practically a member we're just waiting till the week after General Conference to have the baptism. Our boy Juan is doing good, after his contact with missionaries in 92 he hasn't had much more but little by little were watching the spirit change his heart and pique his interest. If Anyone knows of some guy with the last name of Sampson thats from Alpine and is in his 40s, give him my numb.... uh email. Haha it would be cool to reconnect him and Juan after 25 years. January 28, 2019 Week #79 Spain Madrid Mission "Who's yo daddyyyy/ Welcome to my fortress / Baptism "

Good Morning U.S.A.!!  Well what can I say, last week was Christmas and we had a good call with the fam. Now were looking down the barrel of 2019.  It's been a couple great weeks here in Badajoz, there is a ton of potential and we have a couple of friends that are progressing well and will soon have baptismal dates. The branch is great, I've eaten lunch in our flat a total of 4 times since I've gotten here haha. And apart from that they are all incredible when it comes to the work, and we had a really inspiring class from President Vallecio on the changes in the church and how it's going to help the members and the missionary work!  If you can't tell I am excited on a whole other level to get the work going!  This past week we spent Christmas in Cáceres with the other Elders and a matrimony the Hubbs. The Week of the Elect Week #9

This week was absolutely nuts! So some back story, every since I've gotten here in the mission I've told my companion that we need to find the Lord's "elect"  D&C 33:6 And even so will I gather mine elect from the four quarters of the earth, even as many as will believe in me, and hearken unto my voice.  D&C 29:7 And ye are called to bring to pass the gathering of mine elect; for mine elect hear my voice and harden not their hearts; Because me being fresh out of the mtc I was gung-ho on taking care of business. My companion gets hung up on every single person, so I constantly reminded that we need to find those that are ready to except the gospel. This week our hard works came to fruition. We finally were able to meet and teach a member referral Christina.
